Are you an agricultural extension officer or advisor providing support to primary producers in the Great Barrier Reef catchments? These workshops are a great opportunity to build your extension skills.
QFF and the Queensland Government have partnered to deliver a set of workshops to respond to the immediate feedback of extension officers, the Great Barrier Reef Taskforce recommendations report and the outcomes of the Review Report – Practice change, Education and Extension in Reef Catchments Project.
What does this training include?
There are two workshops which are interrelated. While you can choose to just attend one, preference will be given to those who can attend both.
Day 1 – Designing extension programs
Day 2 – Designing and running workshops
Who should attend?
These workshops will benefit both new and experienced extension officers working with any agricultural industry (including sugar, grazing and horticulture) in the Great Barrier Reef catchments.
How do I register?
Register for the FREE workshops HERE and follow the prompts. Attendance at each workshop is capped to 15 people to maximise your learning experience.
