What we do for our members

We develop leading positions and solutions on important issues to the advancement and sustainability of Queensland’s agriculture sector. We work closely with government and other key decision makers to ensure our members have a voice and seat at the table on key issues.

We promote our members and raise the profile of the agriculture sector and its industries to achieve a greater level of understanding of the contribution it makes to the Queensland economy, community, and environment.

We publish discussion papers, research papers, project reports, safety guides and deliver expert webinars and events to assist the farming community and other stakeholders understand key issues, technical advancements, and innovation opportunities. We also deliver innovative projects that deliver practice improvements and technology adoption on farm.

We bring together Queensland’s agriculture sector on a range of Committees to develop common positions on issues of strategic importance and find solutions to complex problems facing the sector.

QFF partners with companies important to the Queensland agriculture supply chain. Through these partnerships, farmers who are members of QFF’s peak industry organisations can access discounts for products and services.
