The Prince’s Environmental Leadership – Reef Sustainability Award
His Royal Highness has expressed a personal interest in the sustainability of the Great Barrier Reef for future generations. The award seeks to inspire the farming community to adopt best practice approaches to the pressing environmental challenge of water pollution impacting on the Great Barrier Reef.
The winner of the award will be chosen based on the strength of their application. The judging panel will consider: the quality of results and environmental outcomes associated with the project; the strength of partnerships and the degree they were used as a tool to solve the issue; degree of project innovation, uniqueness, and ground-breaking action; and importance of project goals in broader sustainable land management efforts.
