Tips and Tools for Tough Times – A workshop for farmers

Industry Recovery and Resilience

Farming is unpredictable. Drought, natural disasters, global market shifts, and the pressure of carrying it all can wear even the toughest of us down. This workshop is your chance to step back, connect with others who get it, and arm yourself and those around you with some genuinely useful tools.

Rural communities are no strangers to hardship, but too often the focus is on fixing the land, the livestock, or the finances — while the person doing all that work gets forgotten. When stress builds and uncertainty doesn't let up, it can be hard to know where to start when it comes to looking after yourself or the people around you. That's where practical tools make a real difference. They cut through the noise, give you something concrete to hold onto, and help you make good decisions even when things feel overwhelming.

Please note that spots are strictly limited, however if you miss out please contact QFF to expression your interest in future workshops.

This workshop is being delivered by QFF as a joint initiative of the Farm Business Resilience Program (jointly funded by the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund and the Queensland Government) and the Industry Recovery and Resilience Officer Program (funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements).
