Industry Recovery and Resilience Officer Program
QFF’s Industry Recovery and Resilience Officer (IRRO) program supports primary producers operating in intensive agriculture to recover from natural disasters and strengthen their long-term business resilience.
Working across disaster-impacted regions in Southern Queensland, QFF’s IRROs Jeff Collingwood and Kelli Rabbitt are available to provide primary producers with practical, on-the-ground support tailored to their individual farm business.
QFF’s IRROs will work with primary producers to:
Develop or update your Natural Disaster Management Plan and connect you to technical advice on natural disaster recovery and resilience where appropriate.
Provide support to your business to access referral pathways to available grants and loans and industry, business, financial and mental health support.
Share information and provide linkages to existing support and services available to your business.
This support is focused on helping you move beyond immediate recovery and into medium-term stability and long-term resilience.
