- Queensland Labor have claimed victory with a majority in the State Election. Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced her economic team on Sunday. Details HERE.
- QFF has congratulated Labor on winning the State Election and welcomed the Premier’s recognition that agriculture was a ‘key driver’ of jobs in Queensland, saying now is the time to deliver for the sector. QFF statement HERE.

- The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) has raised the ENSO Outlook to La Niña. Climate models suggest this La Niña will be weak and short-lived, persisting until early southern autumn 2018. Details HERE.
