- While the ag visa continues to be a start/stop exercise, the Australian Government did announce some useful reforms to the Seasonal Worker Program, the Work and Holiday Visa (Subclass 462) and the Working Holiday Visa (417) recently. QFF’s QCL column HERE.

- Farmers and rural communities are urged be ready for the Queensland Government’s new landfill tax which will now commence on 1 July 2019 and be set at $75 per tonne for general waste. More information HERE.
