- The Queensland Government’s Vegetation Management (Reinstatement) and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2016 has failed to pass the Parliament, with Billy Gordon MP voting with LNP and KAP members to defeat the Bill.
- QFF has conditionally welcomed the Queensland Government’s $90 million commitment to implement recommendations from the GBR Water Science Taskforce report however believe it still a drop in the ocean on what’s needed.
