They share their personal stories of trauma, tragedy and resilience to compel workers to think about the most important reason for workplace safety, and share some tips that might help workers appreciate the priority of workplace safety.
Queensland businesses can request a safety advocate to visit a workplace, free of charge, to speak to workers about the importance of safety in the workplace. Last year, the advocates spoke at more than 150 different businesses, to audiences of up to 300 workers.
